Some diners single out the chicken neck and gizzard at Saezuri, where you can build a meal by choosing from a range of yakitori cuts. The menu also includes chicken with spring onions, skin, wings and minced chicken meat balls, as well as heart and liver. Yakitori is ordered in pairs, so you can sample several skewers and break them up with vegetables such as shiitake mushrooms, small green peppers and avocado.
